Those who often take than give
are losers. They take yet they are not satisfied. They just don’t get enough. The name of their game is just to take.
Should they have known that it is more blessed to give than to receive, then they could have been happier than they wished
to be. (Acts 20:35)
God loves those who give genuinely. He loves them who give cheerfully. (2 Corinthians 9:7). Those who scarcely
give cannot get extra blessings from God. It is written, “One man gives freely, yet gains even more. Another withholds
unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper. He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. People curse
the man who hoards grain, but blessings crown him who is willing to sell.” (Proverbs 11:24-26, NIV) (more)

INSIGHTS FROM THE WORD:
SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (by: Rev. Aldrin Navo)
1 Corinthians 2:9 However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear
has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"- NIV The apostle Paul was showing the Corinthians the possibilities of what God can
accomplish to those that love Him. It will be safe to assume at the moment that Paul was referring to our potential in God’s
hands. That is, significant impact occurs when we are connected to God as the Source of everything. For a moment, let’s
understand these two words separately: “Significant” is described as to make known something while the word “Impact”
is described as the single instantaneous stroke of a body in motion against another either in motion or at rest. Bringing
them together speaks of making known something with a single instantaneous stroke or force. And this is what exactly we want
to experience in 2010. In order for significant impact to happen, we must begin to receive it with wholehearted faith that
it will truly manifest without doubt and apprehension. The first thing that we need to have is a renewed purpose and not to
be moved by different attractions and distractions. Secondly, we need to get a redirected perspective. An illustration from
the book “God can make it happen,” “When Goliath came against the Israelites, the soldiers all thought,
"He's so big we can never kill him." David looked at the same giant and thought, "He's so big I can't
miss." Would we see things with an optimistic perspective? Thirdly, there should be realistic progress as 2 Peter 3:18
states, “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…” (NIV) (more)

CHRIST
BRIDGED THE GAP BETWEEN BELIEF AND REALITY (by:
Sis. Dory Villanueva)
Is it not disturbing when what
you believe in does not match the way you live? But it is not disturbing at all if you are not even aware of it. Like when
you say you believe in God and yet it is as clear as the sunshine that you are living in the dark. Like also when you say
life is beautiful and yet misfortunes keep pouring on your lap. Indeed, there is a wide gap between belief and reality.
But that is not something
new. People regardless of color, race, nationality, religious beliefs, social standing, and economic status suffer the same
fate. Everyone has his own share of confusion and hardship in this perplexing world. Many, if not all, try to change the way
they live, for the better. (more)

John 14:26-27 "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name,
will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give
you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (NIV)
The coming of the Holy Spirit did not end in the day of Pentecost, it actually started from there so that the church
will be able to live in the likeness of Christ who is the manifestation of the God head!
Every believer must desire
the presence of Him in their lives wherever they go. For He will be teaching us the things of God and the best for man. He
will fill us with peace even in the midst of trouble! He will give us wisdom and strength in the midst of testings and trial.
He will saved us deceptions and will lead us back to Christ every time we got lost and fall down. He will convict us of sin
and of our righteousness in Christ all the time!
My friends, don't take your day with out inviting the Holy
Spirit in your life, family and even activities of the day. A simple invitation "Come Holy Spirit" will change everything
in you!!!
God bless and come Holy Spirit, come and dwell among us!!! (more)
